This paper make a comparative studied on chemical composition, antitumor, antibacterial activity and antioxidant ability of wild and cultivated lampteromyces japonicus.The biological characteristics, through the medium of further optimization respectively, cultivated lampteromyces japonicus, succeeded out of lampteromyces japonicus and liquid fermentation fungus ball of Lampteromyces japonicus, get the best medium and the optimal cultivation condition. I have succeeded in cultivation, culture medium for: sawdust77%, rice bran20%, gypsum1%, glucose1%, K2HPO41%, among them dry material:water=1.0:1.2. Using the medium cultivation, the optimum temperature for15-18℃, relative humidity in80-90%. Keep light indoor and proper ventilation has scattering, in such conditions need to train180d to grow the mushroom. The results show that the three samples of e. coli ATCC8099chloroform group the inhibition rate and staphylococcus aureus ATCC6538antibacterial activity is the most significant effect, and as the subjects of the drug concentration increases, antibacterial effect also increases, showed a quantity-efficiency relation.In the antioxidation experiment, in vitro1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical (-DPPH) and superoxide anion radical (·O2-) test systems were established to study wild lampteromyces japonicus cultivated lampteromyces japonicus and succeeded out of lampteromyces japonicus of petroleum ether extract succeeded, chloroform extract, ethyl acetate extract, acetone extract, methanol extracts, the oxidation of evaluation. The results show that the three samples of DPPH free radicals and hydroxyl radicals are has the very high clear role.
