This paper has studied the chemical compositions, bacteriostatic action, antioxidation, antitumor function of the crude extractings and monomer of the Coriolus versicolor.On the chemical composition of Coriolus versicolor,this paper gets extraction with different gradient organic reagent,using the reflux extraction device, crude extractings was placed on water bath under the constant temperature, then crude extractings was analysised through the thin layer chromatography, Compounds expanded on thin layer board,clear target, and then the crude extractings was analysised by silica gel column chromatography, The compounds was separated, according to the different ability of adsorption to the separated moleculars. This paper has separated and got five compounds, they are ergosterol, ergosterol peroxide, ergosterol-7,22-two ene-3beta alcohol palmitate,3-carbonyl dinitramine ketone,1,6-2hydroxy,27-hydroxy anthraquinone acetyl glycosidase. People studied Coriolus versicolor polysaccharide long time ago, many papers reported that Coriolus versicolor polysaccharide has antitumor function, this article, based on the previous studies, has studied medium and small polar molecules of Coriolus versicolor, which provides theoretical basis on further development and utilization of Coriolus versicolor.This paper also studied vitro antimicrobial activity of petroleum ether layer, methylene chloride layer, ethyl acetate layer, acetone layer, methanol layer s crude extractings of the Coriolus versicolor. Research showed that crude extractings of acetone layer, methanol layer had inhibitory effect on escherichia coli,crude extractings of Petroleum ether layer, acetone layer, methanol layer had inhibitory effect on staphylococcus aureus. The rate of crude extractings s high concentration (50mg/ml), middle concentration (25mg/ml), low concentration (12.5mg/ml) of Acetone layer on escherichia coli is36.56%,17.19%and11.26%. The rate of crude extractings’s high concentration), middle concentration, low concentration of Methanol layer on escherichia coli is38.40%,28.31%and27.43%.For staphylococcus aureus, the3kinds of concentration of crude extractings of petroleum ether layer’s bacteriostatic rate is25.03%,19.92%and19.01%, the crude extractings of Acetone layer’s bacteriostatic rate is29.34%,24.92%and14.06%,and crude extractings of methanol layer’s bacteriostatic rates were55.96%,21.97%,19.92%. From the results we can see that in the antibacterial experiment, for e. coli, petroleum ether layer, methylene chloride layer,and the ethyl acetate layer had no inhibition,and for staphylococcus aureus, methylene chloride layer and ethyl acetate layer did not show the inhibition. In the action of Petroleum ether layer acetone layer and methanol layer’s inhibition on the bacteria, the concentration and antibacterial effect showed a quantity-efficiency relation.On the antioxidant activity of crude extractings of petroleum ether layer, methylene chloride layer, ethyl acetate layer, acetone layer, methanol layer from Coriolus versicolor, the paper studied crude extractings’s scavenging effects on the·OH,-O2-and DPPH through the establishment of hydroxyl radicals (·OH), superoxide radical (·O2-and bitter acyl benzene hydrazine free radicals (·DPPH) happenning system. Studies showed that, for hydroxyl radicals aspects:the clearance of acetone’s extractings on-OH is59.82%,50%and6.383%at the concentration of1mg/ml,0.25mg/ml,0.125mg/ml, Methanol layer’s clearance rates were59.09%,16.51%,4.096%at the concentration of1/ml,0.25mg/ml,0.0625mg/ml. And for bitter acyl benzene hydrazine free radicals (-DPPH):petroleum ether layer’s clearance of·DPPH were62.5%,46.15%at the concentration of0.25mg/ml,0.0625mg/ml, while the Methylene chloride layer’s clearance rates were57.89%,28.57%at the concentration of0.125mg/ml,0.0625mg/ml, Ethyl acetate layer’s clearance rate is66.67%at the concentration of0.125mg/ml,acetone layer’s concentration were2mg/ml,1mg/ml when the clearance rates were86.67%,50%. Methanol extractings’s clearance rate is87.5%at the concentration of0.125mg/ml. The results showed that for hydroxyl radicals (·OH), only the crude extractings of acetone layer, methanol layer showed clearance. For bitter acyl benzene hydrazine free radicals (·OH), crude extractings of petroleum ether layer, methylene chloride layer, ethyl acetate layer, acetone layer, methanol layer all represented the clearance of·DPPH. In the several methods, the clearance actions of crude extractings did not showed a quantity-efficiency relation.On the aspect of antitumor activity of Coriolus versicolor in vitro, the crude extractings of methylene chloride, methanol were studied, the results indicated that methanol layer extracts of Coriolus versicolor had good antimicrobial activity effects at the high dose, the inhibition rate is57.53%, with negative groups, it had significant difference (P<0.01), its inhibition rate is higher, compared to the methylene chloride layer extracts at the high-dosage groups, both the low dose group of the extracts had no significant difference, compared with negative groups (P>0.05).
