The Affect Of Plum Blossom Needle Therapy On The SP In The Blood-serum Of Patients With Alopecia Areata

Objective:To observe alopecia areata restoration and improvement of clinical symptoms with before and after plum blossom needle therapy while detection of plasma content of SP with before and after plum blossom needle therapy,analysis the relation with SP and prognosis of the restoration of alopecia areata patient.To explore the role of neuropeptides in the treatment of patient with alopecia areata, explore alopecia areata mechanism from neuro-endocrine-immunity network.Methods:Dermatologist diagnosed20cases of patients with alopecia areata, according to outpatient time order, check the random number table,were divided into A and B groups, group A(10cases),group B(10cases).Group A:basic drug+plum blossom needle treatment, Group B:basic drug treatment. The two groups were measured plasma SP with venous blood before plum blossom needle therapy and after plum blossom needle therapy,and record efficacy, hair growth changes in the AB before and after treatment, then underwent statistical analysis.Results:The contents of serumal SP:(1) Before the plum blossom needle therapy:the contents of serumal SP was32.212±6.036,30.632±6.607in group A, group B respectively. The difference of the contents of serumal SP was no significant between group A and group B(P>0.05).(2) After the plum blossom needle therapy:the contents of serumal SP was10.152±2.331,16.318±1.866in group A and group B respectively:①before and after the plum blossom needle therapy itself contrast:After the treatment group A content10.152±2.331, obviously lower than before treatment, numerical have significant differences (P<0.05),After the treatment group B content16.318±1.866obviously lower than before treatment, numerical have significant differences (P<0.05).②groups of comparison:compared group A10.152±2.331content with group B16.318±1.866after the treatment, numerical have significant differences (P<0.05)Comparison of two groups:10cases of group A,the total effective rate of90%;10cases of group B,the total effective rate of80%, plum blossom needle therapy and basic drug treatment were signifincantly better than the basic drug group.Conclusion:(1) plum blossom needle treatment can eliminate or mitigate clinical symptoms and signs of alopecia areata, promote hair growth and improve the skin.(2) the mechanism possibly of plum blossom needle treatment can improve symptoms and signs of alopecia areata,that regulate the content of the plasma SP.
