Objective:To investigate the high-frequency ultrasound of normal adult thigh standardized inspection methods, the ultrasonic measurement parameters to obtain the structure of the normal adult thigh, and the sonographic features of clear lesion of the thigh.Methods:Using high-frequency ultrasound Inspect normal adult of30cases (14males and16females)60only thigh, Normal adult thigh bone, muscle, blood vessels, nerves, and their mutual adjacent relationship was analyzed, and its normal sonographic features was described:A series of parameters to be measured including cross-sectional area in sciatic nerve at hip line and lateral femoral cutaneous nerve at anterior superior iliac spine,and peak velocity deep branch of medial femoral circumflex artery (DMFCA)and transverse branch of lateral femoral circumflex artery (TLFCA)in Both sides of the normal adult, the parameters were statistically analyzed using gender grouping and about grouping. Describe and record48cases lesions of the thigh ultrasonographic feature.Results:In this study, Multiple facets of normal adult thigh sonogram was getten using bone, muscle, blood vessels and nerves as the anatomic landmarks; Ultrasound image characteristics of forward muscle group of thigh, medialis muscle group of thigh, hamstrings and adductor canal and its contents was described Completely; Ultrasonographic for "Cross" vascular net and perforating arteries was first proven;60normal adult DMFCA and TLFCA diameter were2.96±0.46mm,2.54±0.54, peak systolic velocity, respectively:0.45±0.07m/s,0.40±0.07m/s, resistive index were:0.79±0.25,0.78±0.36;the cross-sectional area at sciatic nerve at hip line and lateral femoral cutaneous nerve at anterior superior iliac spine in normal adult of30cases (14males and16females) at60thigh was Measured, Statistical analysis showed that:The contrast between men and women, sciatic nerve in the hip line at the cross-sectional area of difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), lateral femoral cutaneous nerve anterior superior iliac spine at the cross-sectional area was no significant difference (P>0.05). Left and right side (both men and women) compared sciatic hip line and lateral femoral cutaneous nerve anterior superior iliac spine at the cross-sectional area was no significant difference all (P>0.05). sonographic features of48cases of thigh lesion was described and documented in this study.Conclusion:The high-frequency ultrasound can be used as normal adult thigh, and the prevalence of the thigh of the preferred noninvasive method, is worthy of clinical...
