ObjectiveTo research extraction and purification process of total polysaccharidesfrom nodding euphorbia; Observation in the best purification process of thetotal polysaccharide antioxidant effects.MethodsTake the single factor experiment and the orthogonal experiment methodsto determine the total polysaccharide of nodding euphorbia for the bestextraction condition.with the total polysaccharide were completely index;usedby DPPH free radicals, hydroxyl radicals and superoxide radical index in vitrostudies for discussing the total polysaccharides of antioxidation.ResultsThe best extraction process for total polysaccharides of noddingeuphorbia is distilled water soak2h, reflowed two times, each time extracted2h, temperature of85℃;the best effect of resinning type in macroporousadsorption for total polysaccharide of nodding euphorbia purified is the type ofD101,the best technological conditions for D101macroporous adsorptionresinning purification of total polysaccharides is: the strongly sample liquid3mg/mL,sample liquid on7, sample pH rate3mL/min, elution agents choose70%(v/v) ethanol solution, dosage120mL, elution rate for3mL/min.Afterpurification of total polysaccharides had shown some of the antioxidant effect. ConclusionsTake the distilled water extracting methods for the total polysaccharidesof nodding euphorbia is feasible, after solutioned precipitation andmacroporous adsorption resin method the total polysaccharides of noddingeuphorbiacan effectively purification, for purified total polysaccharides havecertain antioxidant effect.
