| Objectives:This study observed modified huangqi Shengmai Liu Wei Di Huang decoction treats the type of qi and Yin Deficiency of IgA nephropathy urinary red cell morphology and count, routine urine (urinary protein qualitative),24-hour urinary protein excretion, renal function (serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen) laboratory indicators of the level and impact of TCM syndrome score, objective evaluation of huangqi Shengmai Liu Wei Di Huang decoction to the type of qi and Yin Deficiency of IgA nephropathy treatment, and clinical efficacy.Methods:According to the case inclusion criteria to select60cases of patients with IgA nephropathy were randomly divided into30cases of control group and treatment group. Control group of30cases:hematuria or24h urinary protein quantitative<1g by Tripterygium wilfordii1mg/(kg·d) pius Pan dipyridamole treatment (program1);1g≤24h urinary protein quantitative<3g by using program1plus ARB oral (program2);24h urine protein≥3g (proteinuria), the law of prednisone1mg/(kg·d)(maximum dose of<60mg/d) of medication, repeated illness plus cyclophosphamide100mg/d, the cumulative6-8g withdrawal. Treatment group of30cases:oral huangqi Shengmai Liu Wei Di Huang decoction daily a given treatment on the basis of the control group, two groups were treated with3months Were observed before and after treatment, urine red blood cell count, urine (urinary protein qualitative),24-hour urinary protein quantitative, renal function (serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen) level of laboratory parameters and Chinese medicine symptom total score changes to make the efficacy evaluation. The results:①Compare treatment group with control group for clinical effects of total efficiency, there are significant differences(P<0.05).②fter treatment, compare with the two group for Chinese medicine syndrome effects, there is a very significant difference (P<0.01), the treatment group was better than the control group.③After the treatment, both can improve symptoms of the main traditional Chinese medicine and reduce the symptom score, treatment group improved symptoms of major Chinese and the decline in the degree of the symptom score are better than the control group, there is a highly significant difference (P<0.01).④The two group, after treatment, blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and serum creatinine (Scr) are lower than before treatment and has decreased in varying degrees, comparison within each group, and comparison between the two group, there both are no significant difference (P>0.05). After treatment, the endogenous creatinine clearance rate (Ccr) has both a little increased in the two groups before treatment, comparison within each group, and comparison between the two group shows no significant difference (P>0.05).⑤after treatment, urinary protein qualitative has change better, comparison between the two group, shows a significant difference (P<0.05), comparison within each group, shows a highly significant difference(P<0.01); compare aftering treatment with beforeing treatment,24hours urinary protein declined with varying degrees both in the two groups there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).⑥After treatment, urine red blood cell count decreased to different extent than before treatment, comparison between the two group and within each group, both have highly significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion:The treatment group can reduce the type of qi and yin deficiency of IgA nephropathy patients with hematuria and proteinuria, help to improve the clinical symptoms, delaying IgAN go to bad and stability renal function of IgA nephropathy patients, improve the quality of life of patients and during medication period not found toxic side effects, huangqi Shengmai Liu Wei Di Huang decoction is an effective treatment for Qi and Yin Deficiency of IgA nephropathy, and also the ideal, the safety of Chinese medicine decoction, it expands options for clinical treatment of this disease. |
