Objective:To explore effect and safety of Carboprost Tromethamine Injection and Improved parallel vertical compression suture on treating the lower uterine segment hemorrhage in Cesarean.Methods:A retrospective study was carried out to analyze the effect of Carboprost Tromethamine Injection and Improved parallel vertical compression suture in23patients of the lower uterine segment postpartum hemorrhage in Cesarean August2010to July2012. Results:All patients were successfully stop the bleeding, and no secondary into the abdomen, no one hysterectomy, infection, and late postpartum hemorrhage.Conclusions:Carboprost Tromethamine Injection joint Improved parallel vertical compression suture is an effective way to prevent and control cesarean uterine atony the lower uterine segment postpartum hemorrhag. |
