Pregnancy Outcomes After Cesarean Section In 150 Cases Of Lower Uterine Segment Cesarean Section And Follow-up Study

Objective: To summarize and analyze the outcomes and complications of patients with cesarean scar pregnancy(CSP)after cesarean section,give some clinical guidance to those who have childbearing requirements after cesarean scar pregnancy.Methods: 150 patients with cesarean scar pregnancy after surgical therapy from January 2003 to September 2015 in Chengdu Jinjiang District maternal and child health care hospital were followed up for pregnancy patients as the observation group,another randomly selected Chengdu Jinjiang District maternal and child health care hospital during cesarean section(CS)of560 cases after pregnancy were followed up and again as control group,record the general data of two patients,including age,history of pregnancy(pregnancy,birth,cesarean,previous surgery),the number of weeks of pregnancy,abnormal pregnancy and complications(abortion,premature birth,placenta accreta,placental implantation,placental abruption and rupture of the uterus)and from previous operation time,pregnancy and complications in both groups were compared,get through the combination of outpatient follow-up and telephone follow-up phase mode Follow up results,and compare the clinical efficacy of different ways of treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy after cesarean section,all clinical data were processed and analyzed by SPSS22.0 statistical software.Results: Pregnant women with CS during pregnancy again after cesarean scar pregnancy surgery after pregnancy were no statistically significant differences in age,gravidity,parity terms with the observation group(P>0.05),the number of cesarean section was significantly higher than the control group,there is a certain statistical significance(P<0.05);comparison of pregnant gestational age of the two groups of pregnant women after pregnancy again showed that gestational weeks in the observation group were smaller than those in thecontrol group,and the difference between the two groups was significant,with statistical significance(P<0.05);pregnant women in from the last operation time compared with CS of pregnant women with pregnancy pregnancy after cesarean scar pregnancy surgery,the probability of preterm birth in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);pregnant women with pregnancy in preterm birth rate compared with pregnant women pregnancy CS operation in cesarean scar pregnancy after operation,the observation group the incidence of preterm birth was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);pregnancy complications in pregnant women with CS pregnancy.cesarean scar pregnancy after surgery(placenta accreta,placental implantation,uterine rupture)were compared,so no statistical significance(P>0.05);6 for cesarean scar pregnancy patients with follow-up results of different surgical approaches to the treatment of the observation group,the implementation of ultrasonic curettage combined with Pituitrin in treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy patients in the operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative hospitalization time,serum β-HCG recovery time,postoperative menstruation time and pregnancy outcomes and other aspects of the implementation of methotrexate and ultrasonic curettage combined with treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy patients were compared.and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The short-term follow-up conditions,women’s pregnancy after cesarean scar pregnancy overall good pregnancy outcome;compared with CS after operation in pregnant women,pregnancy women overall gestational weeks after cesarean scar pregnancy slightly shorter and the distance of previous surgery for a long time,the incidence of preterm birth is slightly higher,but the complication rate has no obvious statistical difference between the two,and the ultrasonic curettage combined with Pituitrin treatment cesarean scar pregnancy curative effect ismore significant,can speed up the recovery of patients,it is worthy of clinical application.
