The results of pilot study shows that the preparationprocess is stable, viable, and able to produce stable, homogeneous products.Quality Standards: Methal was develop to identyfy the bupleurum, woody, capillarisTLC qualitative identification; High Performance Liquid Chromatography was estabishedto deternine the preparation of baicalin content, the results of qualitative methodsexclusive method is simple, accurate, baicalin82.72~517.00ng (r=0.99999), with goodlinearity, the average recovery (n=9) is100.07%, RSD of2.48%.The method can beused to contrel quality of Chaiqin complex gall film.Through above research, The preparation process of Chaiqin complex gall wasoptimised, and the standard to contrd the product quality was established.
