With these features, X-ray has beenwidely used in many different fields such as medical health, manufacturing production,scientific research, weapon manufacturing, national defense construction, spaceengineering, many large-scale railway stations, airport securities and so on. The clinic-useX-ray apparatus is getting widespread in the clinical applications and becomes the mainmedical appliance equipment in the video-diagnosed therapy.The high frequency and high voltage digital X-ray machine is the orientation for themodern X-ray machine development. X-ray machine brings many advantages when thepower supply’s rate and the tube voltage (KV value) increased. For instance, the dosage ofthe patient’s skin will be reduced, the quality of imaging will be improved, real timecontrol will be much easier, the cubage and weight of the high voltage transformer will bedecreased, and flash exposure will be practicable. On the other hand, the combination ofhigh frequency technology and computer technology realized X-ray apparatus intelligentmanagement in monitor displaying, malfunction warning, automatically disposing andother aspects.The thesis systematically discusses the topology structure, technicality and the circuitdesign theory of the high frequency and voltage powered X-ray apparatus generator system,and applies the phase-shifting resonance PWM full-bridge control chip UCC3895, which isthe new production from Texas Instrument. This chip was applied for power supply switchof circuit as DC/AC, DC/DC. The thesis concentrates on detailed designing and datatesting about the three core functional boards,(including X-ray tube high voltage generatorpower supply board, the protection circuit board, filament circuit board of X-ray tube.) At the meantime, it specifically analyses the application of soft-switch technology ZVZCS inphase-shifting full-bridge control circuit.and test for PCB board, the result of ourexperiment basically reached our expectation.The high-frequency of power supply switching is an innovation technology of powersupply technology development which makes the power supply switch device miniaturizedand takes the power supply switch into wider fields. Especially due to its application inhigh technique field which promotes miniaturization and portability of the high techniqueproducts. The technology of phase-shifting full-bridge soft switch pulse-width modulation(PWM), the increase of MOSFET`s tube frequency, and the development of Active PowerFactor Correction (APFC), increase the power factor of switch power supply AC/DCwhich cures the harmonic wave pollution of the electricity grid and enhances the densityand efficiency of the power supply. |
