Objective:To explore the effects of serum ammonia、TNF-a and IL-6on Acute pancreatitis, To provide a theory basis for the treatment of acute pancreatitis and (or) other diseases with increased blood ammonia. Methods:Eighty Sprague-Dawley(SD) rats were randomly divided into SO groups (sham-operation).AP(acute pancreatitis) groups,SAP (severe acute pancreatitis)groups, and10rats in each group The A model of rats were induced by injecting3%sodium taurocholate(STC) though pancreas capsule.Experimental methods:①The pathological changes of pancreas was observed by HE staining,②The level of interleukin-6(IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-a) in serum were tested by ELISA kits,ρThe level of amylase(AMS) in serum were tested by artificial iodine colorimetry,σThe level of ammonia in serum were examined by clear protein filtrate method.Results:①No pathological changes was observed in pancreas of rats in SO groups. However, different degrees of edema and exudation, the inflammatory cell infiltration have happened in pancreatic tissues of rats in SAP groups, partial pancreatic tissues had happened hemorrhage and necrosis, the structure of which had changed into blur, and even into a slice. The pathological damages of pancreatic tissues were mild in AP groups. The pathological scores in AP groups were lower-down(P<0.05);②The levels of IL-6and TNF-a in serum in SAP groups and AP groups were higher than that in SO. There were positive correlation between IL-6and TNF-a in three of rats with SAP.③he levels of AMS in serum were significantly higher in SAP groups and AP groups than that in SO groups,④The level of ammonia in serum expressiones were correlated to the severity of rats with AP. Conclusions:With acute pancreatitis during different periods of development of bloo in the ammonia have different effects.
