Through the research of adsorption of the metal elements in Pyrite decoction by ion exchange resin, a comprehensive study of exchange adsorption law has been made, the research mainly includes the following aspects:Utilize six different types of ion exchange resin (CD-180, D113,724,122, AB-8, D-101)to absorb metal elements in Pyrite decoction(Pb,Cd,As,Hg,Cu),using atomic absorption spectrophotometry to detect lead, cadmium, mercury, copper in the decoction, using method of Ag-DDTC to determine arsenic, so as to arrive the amount of the metal element adsorbed by the resin, and figure out the optimal adsorption resin is D113macroporous cation exchange resin.Study on the rule of using three ion type of D113macroporous cation exchange resin to adsorb lead, cadmium, mercury, copper, arsenic in Pyrite decoction, finally reach the conclusion that the Fe2+type has the better adsorption capacity without adsorbing the principal component Fe2+of Pyrite decoction.Methodology study has been carried on atomic absorption spectrophotometric determination of four kinds of harmful elements, which are lead, cadmium, mercury, copper. Including linear range, detection limit, repeatability, precision and recovery test. The relationship of lead, cadmium, mercury, copper content in the linear range are good; both results of the repeatability experiment and the recovery test meet the requirements, indicating that the detection method is feasible.Examine the static and dynamic adsorption craft. Selecting temperature, pH, amount of resin, time/velocity of flow which have greater impact on the static and dynamic adsorption, choosing five kinds of harmful elements lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury, copper and their total adsorption amount to be indicators, to complete four factors and three levels of orthogonal experiment. The results shows that after the macroporous resin adsorption, the content of harmful elements greatly reduced. Determine the optimum static adsorption craft is:temperature35℃, pH4, resin dosage2g, adsorption time24h. The optimum dynamic adsorption craft is:temperature35℃, pH6.0, resin dosage2.0g, velocity of flow rate1ml/min.Using high-performance liquid chromatographic method to detect metal elements in Pyrite decoction, the peaks of copper and mercury are found to be completely separated but shapes are not good; iron and cadmium peaks are completely separated from the peak of DDTC; The separation degree and shape of lead are good, but the sensitivity is low. Thus using HPLC to determine metal elements in Pyrite decoction remains to be further explored.
