Clinical Studies On Treating Pid Merger Of Uu Infection(the Hot And Damp Stasis Ties The Card) With Ziying-penyan Decoction Combined With Doxycycline Hydrochloride Enteric Eapsules

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Ziying-penyan decoction combined with doxycycline hydrochloride enteric eapsules On treatment of IPD merger of female genital tract Uu infection (the hot and damp stasis ties the card).[Method]90patients diagnosed with IPD (the hot and damp stasis ties the card) merger of female genital tract Uu infection were randomly divided into3groups, group A treatment with chinese medicine medicinal broth plus doxycycline hydrochloride enteric capsules,group B treatment with chinese medicine medicinal, group C treatment with doxycycline hydrochloride enteric capsules. Group B treatment10days for a period of treatment at each menstrual clean3days and continuous treatment of three menstrual cycles.Group C treatment with doxycycline14days and supervision for3months.Group C were treated as B and C.Observe three groups comprehensive curative effect, Chinese medicine syndrome, vaginal cleanness and mold happened. [Result] Three groups after treatment every obvervational index come to better,and the P<0.05.Comprehensive curative effect:A group total effective rate96.3%, B group total effectiveness93.3%, treatment between the two (P<0.05), C group total effective rate90%, curative effect is inferior to A two group, B and C did not differ between the curative effect between the two groups (P>0.05).96.7%of TCM symptoms curative effect:the total effective rate in group A, B group total effective rate93.3%, total effective rate of group C80%, curative effect between group A and group B, there were no significant differences in group C curative effect is remarkable. In white on the improvement in cleanness of MDI, efficacy significantly between group A and group B, the difference between no statistical significance (P>0.05), were significantly better than group C (P>0.05). Not in pure Chinese medicine group after treatment leucorrhoea MDI, mold, group A and group C were different degree of mold, respectively is:the incidence of6.67%and16.67%. Group traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment process of the low incidence of adverse events, followed by TCM+western medicine group, the pure western medicine group appeared in the process of drug side effects are relatively obvious.[Conclusion]Basin of the Ziying-penyan decoction treatment IPD curative effect is satisfied, for with Uu infection (the hot and damp stasis ties the card) of the genital tract therapy as simple as use doxycycline hydrochloride enteric capsules. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in patients with maintenance the vagina the environment, prevent vaginal dysbacteriosis. With Chinese herbal medicinal broth plus doxycycline hydrochloride enteric capsules in the near future curative effect best, improve the comprehensive score of patients at the same time, improve the TCM syndrome patients, maintenance of the vagina the environment also have certain effect, can prevent because of doxycycline hydrochloride enteric flora imbalance caused by the use of the capsule, long-dated curative effect is better. Deserves further clinical research and extension.
