Purpose1.By establishing a mouse model of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease,the efficacy of shenqi fuzheng decoction,a traditional Chinese medicine,was evaluated with the score of mouse facial features as the observation index;2.Western blot method was used to observe the effect of shenqi fuzheng decoction on the expression levels of pro-inflammatory factors il-8,TNF-radiation,anti-inflammatory factors il-4 and IL10 in mouse upper genital tract tissues,and to explore the mechanism of shenqi fuzheng decoction in improving the pelvic microenvironment.3.Through the application of TCM inheritance and auxiliary platform,the law of TCM in the treatment of qi-deficiency and blood-stasis SPID was deeply explored to provide reference for clinical treatment.methodsExperimental study on1.60 female mice were randomly divided into normal group,model group,western medicine group,Chinese medicine gavage group,Chinese medicine enema group,and Chinese medicine gavage combined enema group(combined group),with 10 mice in each group.A mouse model of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease was established,and the drug was administered at the 6th week after modeling.The normal group and the model group were given 5%sodium carboxymethyl cellulose solution(placebo)by gavage.Aspirin enteric-coated tablets were administered to western medicine group(positive control group);TCM gavage group and TCM enema group were respectively TCM gavage and enema.In the traditional Chinese medicine gavage combined enema group,gavage combined enema was administered at the same time every day,once a day,for a total of 15 days(about 3 estrus cycles).2.Mice in each group were given facial pain score on the second day after the last dose of the drug to objectively evaluate the pelvic pain of the mice.3.Mice in each group were anesthetized and put on ice after facial facial pain score.The tissues were dissected under sterile conditions,and the upper reproductive tract tissues,including uterus,fallopian tubes and ovaries,were quickly collected and stored in 2mlEP tube at-80?.4.Protein expression levels of pro-inflammatory factors il-8,TNF-radiation,and anti-inflammatory factors il-4 and il-10 in tissues were detected by Western Blot.Literature researchRetrieval on January 1,2009-December 31,2019,and published in China know,ten the normal group was significantly reduced,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).Western medicine group,Chinese medicine gavage group,Chinese medicine enema group and combined group all showed significant decreases(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference between the treatment groups(P>0.05).Western medicine group,Chinese medicine gavage group,Chinese medicine enema group and combined group all could relieve the pelvic pain of mice.There was no significant difference between western medicine group,Chinese medicine gavage group,Chinese medicine enema group,Chinese medicine gavage group and combined groups(P>0.05).2.Pro-inflammatory factors:compared with the normal group,the expression level of il-8 in the model group was significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the expression level of il-8 in the gavage group and the combined group was significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between western medicine group and enema group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the treatment groups(P>0.05).Compared with the normal group,TNF-PCR expression level in the model group was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,TNF-radiation level in western medicine group,gavage group,enema group and combined group was significantly reduced,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).No statistically significant differences were found between the drug intervention groups(P>0.05).3.Anti-inflammatory factors:compared with the model group,there was no statistical difference between the normal group and the western medicine group(P>0.05).The expression level of il-4 was significantly increased in the gavage group,the enema group and the combined group,showing a statistical difference(P<0.05).Compared with the normal group,the expression levels of inflammatory factor il-4 were significantly increased in the western medicine group,the gavage group,the enema group and the combined group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the expression levels of il-10 in the normal group,the gavage group,the enema group and the combined group were all significantly increased,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Compared with the normal group,the expression levels of il-10 in the western medicine group,the gavage group,the enema group and the combined group were all significantly increased(P<0.05).4.Analysis of the medication law of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of qi-deficiency and blood-stasis SPID:a total of 32 prescriptions and 88 traditional Chinese medicines were included.The top ten drugs of occurrence frequency are:astragalus membranaceus,codonopsis codonopsis,rhizoma atractylodes,angelica sinensis,rhizoma cyperi,radix paeoniae alba,salvia miltiorrhiza,licorice root,poria cocos;The frequency of drug use was ranked in order of temperature,level,cold and quantity.Five taste in the use of frequency statistics,ranking the top three for sweet,bitter,bitter;The frequency of drug regression was higher than that of spleen meridian and liver meridian.Finally,a total of 12 core groups were obtained,and a total of 6 songs were performed.conclusion1.Both the western medicine group and the treatment group in the drug intervention group could reduce the MGS score of mice,indicating that different routes of TCM administration could relieve the pain in the lower abdomen of mice.2.In the TCM treatment group,the expression of pro-inflammatory factors could be reduced to different degrees,indicating that different routes of TCM administration could reduce the occurrence of inflammation and improve the pelvic microenvironment.3.In the TCM treatment group,the expression of anti-inflammatory factors could be increased to different degrees,indicating that different routes of TCM administration could inhibit inflammation or balance with existing inflammation and improve the pelvic microenvironment.4.the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type SPID drug law analysis:to the gan wen tonifying spleen-strengthening drugs,with partial use of blood points of blood circulation and blood stasis drugs,a little drying qi or clearing damp drugs,the treatment is mainly to nourish and remove blood stasis,improve the body's immunity,improve the pelvic microenvironment.
