Methods:randomly selected106patients with coronary heart disease and chronic stable angina patien. ts were randomly divided into treatment group (n=56) and control group (n=50), the control group was given based treatment, the treatment group in Chinese medicine outside the based treatment (foot bath of Tianxiangdan). Results:after the end of treatment, the treatment group the total effective rate was85.7%,60.6%of the control group, compared with the significant difference between the two, and markedly effective rate (55.36%) higher than that in the control group (42%, P<0.05). Conclusion:1) the foot bath of Tianxiangdan coronary heart disease and chronic stable angina patients treated is valid;2) the foot bath of Tianxiangdan can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease patients with chronic stable angina;3) the foot bath of Tianxiangdan can significantly reduce the concentration of coronary heart disease patients with chronic stable angina pectoris in patients with platelet-activating molecules.
