Limonium sinense(Girard)Kuntze is a perennial herb belonging toPlumbaginaceae family, which has a long history in our country. It widelydistributed in northeast China, east China, north China and other regions,especially in jiangsu, zhejiang, fujian coastal mudflat distribution wide range. Itcan resistance high salt, barren, arid and wet environment, therefore, it usuallygrows in the coastal tidal flatspur. Limonium sinense(Girard)Kuntze can be usedas a medicine for dampness eliminating,heat-cleaning and hemostasis in Chinese.Previous, the research of the Limonium sinense(Girard)Kuntze is moreconcentrated in their salt resistance characteristics, but the reports on its chemicalcomposition are rare. The study on Limonium sinense(Girard)Kuntze, usingmicrowave assisted extraction, ultrasonic assisted extraction and heating refluxextraction respectively to extract flavonoids. The microwave assisted extraction usesmicrowave extraction temperature, microwave extraction time, solid-liquid ratio asinfluencing factors; the ultrasonic assisted extraction uses extraction time, ethanolconcentration and extraction time as the impact factors; the heated reflux extractionuses reflux extraction time, reflux extraction temperature and solid-liquid ratio asinfluencing factors And applicatied the Box-Behnken central composite design toestablish the mathematical model, the extraction rate of total flavonoids as response toanalysis. The results show that the optimum process of ultrasonic assisted extractionthe total Flavnoids: the ethanol concentration is72.89%, the ultrasonic time is30.59min and the solid-liquid ratio is1:51.38, the extract rate of the total flavonoids is16.1662mg/g, while the optimum process of microwave assisted extraction the totalFlavnoids; the extraction time is28.62min, the extraction temperature is65.32℃and the liquid-solid ratio is1:47.63, in this condition, the total flavonoids extractionrate is1.53783%;the optimum technology of heating reflux extraction is refluxextraction71.89min, reflux temperature of72.08℃, solid-liquid ratio54.41,and thetotal flavonoids extraction rate11.9975mg/g. There were few studies about the chemical composition of the Limoniumsinense(Girard)Kuntze, and for further study of its flavonoids antioxidant components.This research studies on the flavonoids antioxidant components of Limoniumsinense(Girard)Kuntze. Using silica gel column chromatography to separat andpurificat the ethyl acetate phase of Limonium sinense(Girard)Kuntze. Then, usingSpectro photometric and DPPH, OH-radical scavenging to determinate the contentsof flavonoids and antioxidant activity of its components, then screen out thecomponent which is the highest content of flavonoid and antioxidant activity. Thenext, continue to separate by silica gel column chromatography and finally use ofSephadex LH-20dextran gel for purification and HPLC for analysis. Using NMR, UV,MS, etc to detect the monomer compounds which was obtained before.
