Objective To investigate the expression of Tongbi Decoction Combined withintravenous transplantation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells in rabbits aftermyocardial infarction VEGF.Methods Through the study of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells biologicalactivity and the characteristics of the traditional Chinese medicine characteristics, andcombined Tongbi mixture of common transplantation into myocardial infarction rabbits, affect the expression of VEGF in rabbit model. The experimental animal of40NewZealand rabbits were randomly divided into four groups, group A:The myocardialinfarction group (MI, n=10); group B:The myocardial infarction+Tongbi Decoctiongroup(MI+Tongbi mixture,n=10); group C:The myocardial infarction+stem celltransplantation group (MI+, BMSCs, n=10); group D:The myocardial infarction+stemcell transplantation group+Tongbi Decoction group MI+BMSCs+Tongbi mixture, n=10).Through the ECG of model identification and pathological HE staining in four groups byqualitative analysis; expression finally depends on the Western-Blot detection of VEGF inrabbit model of myocardial infarction. Results ECG results suggest that rabbit myocardial infarction model; pathological HEstaining results indicated that the combined transplantation group was better than the othergroups; to detect the expression of Western-Blot VEGF indicated that the combinedtransplantation group than in the other groups. Conclusion Tongbi mixture combined with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation, myocardial neovascularization can up-regulate the expression of VEGF inrabbit model with acute myocardial infarction, improve the cardiac structure, enhancingheart function.
