Abstract: objective to study the difference of blood rheology betweensecondary fracture and the first time after fracture, this paper discusses the influenceof history of fracture to hemorrheology after secondary fracture. Methods: Select30New Zealand rabbits,5-6months of age, male and female,weighing2.4-2.6Kg, non-pregnant, divided into A, B, C group randomly, n=10,group A was the control group, group B for the initial trauma fracture surgery group, group C for secondary trauma fracture surgery group. Thirty New Zealand whiterabbit, divided into A, B, C three groups, firstly, setting up B, C group of white rabbitright hip fracture model, A group only anesthesiaed, but not made fracture.Respectively,on postoperative1d,3d,7d heart blood and comparinghemorrheology change between the two groups.12weeks later, made left hip fracturemodel, disscusing the hemorrheology difference between the first and second timegroup C, respectively1d,3d,7d heart blood,Results: after the first fracture B, C group in addition to red blood cell pressoutside the hemorrheology learn indexes is group A rise, in the second group C afterfracture the blood rheology indexes in addition to press the red blood cells are A firsttime when fracture increased between the two groups, P <0.05, A statisticallysignificant difference.Conclusion:1.The blood is hypercoagulable state after trauma fracture. The bloodcoagulation system is in a hypercoagulable state after the secondary trauma fracturesthan the initial trauma fractures. The blood is more hypercoagulable state after ahistory of fracture surgery.2. Whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, blood sedimentation is one ofsensitive indexes of high coagulation state for judging the traumatic fracture.Monitoring the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, blood sedimentation, inpatients with fracture, may provide guidance for the prevention of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE)...
