Object: To investigate the effect of laparoscopic distal gastric cancer D2radical nephrectomy and open distal gastric cancer D2radical operation andsafety.Methods:2011June to2012June in our department and the Department ofendoscopic surgery were treated30cases of distal D2radical gastrectomy forgastric cancer patients. Patients were divided into laparoscopic group (n=30)and open operation group (n=30). Laparoscopic radical resection groupunderwent laparoscopic assisted distal gastric cancer D2, the control groupunderwent open distal D2radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer. Acomparative analysis of2groups of patients in operation, and recovery afteroperation. Results: Compared with open surgery group, the laparoscopic groupoperation incision length, operation bleeding, anal exhaust time, time toambulation, time and complication rate significantly shorten hospitalization(P<0.05). Operation time of laparoscopic group is longer (P<0.05). Twogroups of lymph node dissection, the average number of tumor, cutting edgelength had no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion:1.Laparoscopic assisted distal D2radical gastrectomy forgastric cancer compared with open operation of minimally invasiveadvantages, with less trauma, less bleeding, lymph node thoroughly, fasterrecovery of gastrointestinal function and other advantages, safety andreliability of the recent confirmed2.Operation time of laparoscopic group is longer, with the operation ofthe accumulation of experience, the improvement of operation technology, operation time can be shortened...
