One:Contrast Study Of Repair Of Abnormal Perfusion Foci For Epilepsy With The Treatment Of Standard AEDs And Traditional Chinese Medicine Two:Analyzethe Serum Concentration Changs Of Lamotrigine | | Posted on:2014-01-17 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:Y Q Zhang | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2234330398469811 | Subject:Neurology | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Objective:To contrast the curative effect of repairing abnormal perfusion foci on SPECT and dynamic changes of V-EEG in patients with epilepsy before and after long-term control of epilepsy with Standard antiepileptic drugs which were Carbamazepine and Valproic acid at the same time application of Traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:The patients with epilepsy before and after long-term control of epilepsy with Carbamazepine100cases and Valproic acid100cases was collected, they were diagnosed at the Second Hospital of Lanzhou University, Epilepsy Center from September2008to June2012. The interictal SPECT,long-term EEG and CT/MRI were performed before and after treatment in200patients with epilepsy. Join Chinese medicine after control of epilepsy. To study the result in the method of comparison.Results:(1) Carbamazepine group:Cause-Awared65%.Before treatment the interictcal SPECT abnormal is88%. There are143focus of abnormal perfusion.V-EEG abnormal is82%,epileptic discharges was86.6%.CT/MRI abnormal is34%.After treatment interictcal SPECT normal increased24%(P<0.05) and abnormal perfusion foci decreased34.3%,V-EEG normal increased19%(P<0.05)and epileptic discharges decreased28.1%.(2)Valproic acid group:Cause-awared48%.Before treatment the interictcal SPECT abnormal is90%. There are137focus of abnormal perfusion.V-EEG abnormal is90%.epileptic discharges was97.8%.CT/MRI abnormal is12%.After treatment interictcal SPECT normal increased52%(P<0.05) and abnormal perfusion foci decreased55.5%V-EEG normal increased46%(P<0.05)and epileptic discharges decreased40.9%.Conclusions:Through the experiment, confirmed Valproic acid repair abnormal perfusion foci effect and reduce epileptic discharges effect is better than Carbamazepine(two groups of comparisons of Valproic acid and carbamazepine:SPECT normal increased52%:24%;abnormal perfusion foci decreased55.5%:34.3%;epileptic discharges decreased40.9%:28.1%). Traditional Chinese medicine play an important role in repairing abnormal perfusion foci. Objective:To analyze the monitoring results on serum concentration of lamotrigine in patients with epilepsy for references of rational use of this drug. Methods:We collected the patients of epilepsy with30cases,Who were diagnosed at the Second Hospital of Lanzhou University, Epilepsy Center from September2012to February2013. And divided them into lamotrigine group, lamotrigine+valproic acid group, lamotrigine+carbamazepine group. The interictal SPECT,long-term EEG,CT/MRI and results on concentration of lamotrigine were performed after treatment in30patients with epilepsy. Then analyze the monitoring results on serum concentration of Lamotrigine by SPSS17.0statistical software. Results:Respectively compared the result of blood drug concentration changes of Lamotrigine group and Lamotrigine+Valproic acid group (T=2.161, P=0.042).Lamotrigine group and Lamotrigine+Carbamazepine group (T=2.445, P=0.028),Lamotrigine+Carbamazepine group and Lamotrigine+Valproic acid group (T=4.093P=0.001).They are statistically significant.Compared the treatment effect of three Groups:Lamotrigine+Valproic acid group>Lamotrigine group>Lamotrigine+Carbamazepine group. Conclusions:Lamotrigine combinated valproic acid could enhanced Lamotrigine blood concentration.Inversely,Lamotrigine combinated Carbamazepine could reduced Lamotrigine blood concentration. Lamotrigine+Valproic acid can enhance the curative effect,Lamotrigine+Carbamazepine can decrease the effect of Lamotrigine. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Epilepsy, Carbamazepine, Valproate, Serum brain particles, Compounddanshen dropping pill, Interictal SPECT, Abnormal perfusion focus, Long-term EEGEpilepsy, clinical effects, Lamotrigine, Long-term EEG, blood concentration | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
