Objective:By observing the50cases of chronic renal failure (CR F) dampproof clinical sym ptoms after treatment, renal function, urine andother indicators of change, heat and dampness proof Jiangzhuosoup in the treatment of chronic renal failure damp pr oof course isvalid.Methods:Collection chronic renal failure patients met the diagnosticcriteria o f TCM d amp p roo f50cas es, acco rdi ng to the clinic h asrandomly divided into two groups, the treatment group (taking theheat and dampness Jiangzhuo soup),26cases of renal capsule sgroup of24cases. In the conventional treatment group therapybased on oral heat and dampness Jiangzhuo soup Shenshuainingcapsules in the conventional treatment group on the basis of oralShenshuaining capsules, continuous treatment a course ofmedication (three months), taking the heat and dam pness dropobserved decoction clinical symptom score after treatment, renalfunction, urinalysis and other indicators of change.Results:The heat and dampness Jiangzhuo treating chronic renal failurepatients damp proof total efficiency84.60%, Shenshuainingcapsule group total effective rate62.50%. Total score of clinica lsy mpto ms decreas ed after treat ment before and after treatment weresignificant differences (P <0.05).Conclusion:clinical studies have shown that heat and dampness Jiangzhuo treating chronic renal failure damp proof, can significantly improvethe patient’s clinical symptoms, can reduce serum creatinine andblood urea nitrogen levels.
