Dampness Heat Release Method In Treatment Of Sepsis Of Damp-heat Retention Spleen Type Gastrointestinal Dysfunction Clinical Research

Objective:Through to sepsis of damp-heat retention spleen type of gastrointestinal dysfunction in patients with clinical observation of dampness, heat release law of the disease clinical curative effect.Methods:In2011May to2011December in Shandong Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital, Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Shandong province Qianfo Hill hospital A&E and ICU were consistent with sepsis diagnosis criterion of gastrointestinal dysfunction, the differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine, identified as damp-heat retention spleen syndrome, diagnosed patients who met the inclusion criteria of60patients included in the study. The study used a randomized, single blind, controlled clinical trial design. Selected patients were randomly divided into routine treatment of Western medicine combined with Wang even park Decoction group (treatment group) and conventional western medicine treatment group (control group), before treatment, after treatment of TCM symptom score and APACHE score, procalcitonin (PCT) values of the detection and comparison.Conclusion:Dampness heat release method can improve sepsis damp-heat retention spleen syndrome type of gastrointestinal dysfunction in patients with clinical symptoms, control of patients with inflammatory activity, improve the treatment efficiency, reduce the mortality rate, improve the prognosis of patients, with some clinical value.
