The Clinical Observation Of Increased Of Jin Shui Liu Jun Jian Treatment For The Convalescence Period Of Lung Cancer

Object:Using Increased of the Jin Shui Liu Jun Jian treatment for the Convalescence Period Of Lung Cancer of "qi phlegm turbidity" type patients, observe the prescription to these patients TCM syndrome type rating, the quality of life and related laboratory index influence, to investigate the clinical curative effect, provide theoretical basis for clinical promotion.Methods:According to the uniform diagnosis, into and exclusion standard,75cases were diagnosed as NSCLC cancer patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group sample forty cases, and the control35patients. The treatment group was used Increased of Jin Shui Liu Jun Jian treatment and the control group was used the placebo treatment. The two groups were observed the TCM syndrome type rating, KPS score, the change of the respect such as tumor marker after in medication for0weeks,4weeks,8weeks,12weeks.Results:The actual completed71cases, of which37cases the treatment group completed and control group completed the rest. All of the two groups were used medicine for12weeks, measured the observation index after using the drug for0,4,8,12weeks. The treatment group to improve TCM syndrome type, KPS score, weight, HGB level is better than the control group (P<0.05); In the PLT, ALB level,the two groups before and after treatment the index level contrast not significantle changed (P>0.05); In the process, the two groups were no serious adverse events about the test, and two groups of patients before and after the treatment, the blood potassium, sodium, liver function, renal function and index contrast differences were no statistical significance (P>0.05)Conclusions:The Increased of The Jin Shui Liu Jun Jian can effectively improve the rehabilitation period of lung cancer of "qi phlegm turbidity" type of patients in TCM syndrome score, KPS score, HGB, CEA, SCC level. The improvement of TCM syndrome score, KPS score, HGB level are more prominent role. The Increased of the Jin Shui Liu Jun Jian can better improve the rehabilitation period of lung cancer of "qi phlegm turbidity" type a patient’s condition, and improve the quality of life of patients.
