| Objective: To provide evidence-based medical evidence for the clinical application and promotion of this prescription by observing the clinical efficacy and safety of Wuzi Qutan Decoction in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods: 72 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who were eligible for stagnation and obstructive pulmonary disease were divided into two groups according to the principle of complete randomization,36 cases in the control group and the treatment group.The control group was treated with Western medicine.The treatment group was treated with Wuzi Qutan Decoction on the basis of the control group,and the course of treatment was 10 days.The changes of clinical symptoms,TCM syndromes,CAT scores,lung function,blood gas analysis and other indicators before and after treatment were observed.Results: Wuzi Qutan Decoction in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with phlegm obstructive pulmonary syndrome was more effective than the control group.The clinical efficacy was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores and CAT scores of the patients in the group were lower than those before treatment.The improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The lung function and blood gas analysis indexes of the two groups were improved compared with the treatment before treatment.It was superior to the control group(P<0.05);no obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion:The application of Wuzi Qutan Decoction in treating acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with phlegm turbidity obstruction syndrome can further relieve the symptoms and signs of patients,improve lung function,improve hypoxia and carbon dioxide retention,and significantly improve the clinical efficacy. |
