| Objective:To know the knowledge and attitude to AIDS and the behaviors of MSM; To analysis of relationship between different risk factors and the role of HIV infection; To explore the comprehensive intervention model of AIDS prevention and control in MSM.Materials and methods:This study adopts the way of cohort study, using the national sentinel surveillance of MSM awareness rate of AIDS knowledge questionnaire and a self-designed questionnaire. All MSM visits to voluntary counseling and testing Clinic and in Hebei province MSM thematic activities crowd. Cluster sampling on the project group as the research object, the above all qualified personnel in the survey of AIDS high-risk factors. Input data into the Excel database, using SPSS13statistical analysis software for statistical data analysis.Results:In this study,432questionnaires,432questionnaires, the questionnaire recovery rate was100%, the effective questionnaire427, effective rate was98%.The subjects were divided into four groups, bisexual group (group A), gay double role group (B group), the pure active insert sex group(group C), pure passive insertion sex group (group D).1demographic surveyThe general survey, mainly young people,the average age of427participants is26.13±0.36. From the academic level, mainly college and above accounted for52%(220/427). Unmarried accounted for majority70%(299/427).The Occupational widely distributed,of which students and the unemployed, accounted for23%(98/427) and19%(81/427). Growth environment in city accounted for43%(184/427).2Survey on the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge of MSM is92.9%.3The MSM population surveys mainly through the network looking for sexual partners, accounted for58.5%(250/427). Access to promote AIDS prevention knowledge,the highest was obtained through the network accounted for40.3%(172/427).4The results of four different group, the related risk factors test. There are opposite sexual partners accounted for26.5%of the past six months (113/427),. When MSM has sexual relations with women, condom use is low. In the past six months, the average number of sexual partners is4.63, the most is108, the minimum is0. An investigation on the use of condoms do different role:As "1", A, B, C three groups of chi-square test x2=21.828,p=0.001<0.05, results are statistically significant. As "0", A, B, D three groups of chi-square test x2=9.625,p=0.141>0.05, the results were not statistically significant. As "6.9", A, B, C, D four groups of chi-square test x2=3.434,p=0.007<0.05, results are statistically significant. The main reason of MSM condom use is the impact of pleasure and trust no disease accounted for24.6%(105/427) and28.3%(121/427).5HIV and STD testing resultsThe statistical detection results of the427subjects, the positive rate of AIDS was3.7%(16/427), A,B, C, D showed no significant difference between four groups. The positive rate of STD was detected in16.2%(69/427), four groups were tested with X2, x2=29.795,p=0.013<0.05, were statistically significant, that is inserted into the gay people more vulnerable to infection because same-sex caused by sexually transmitted diseases. Four groups of ABCD risk factors related to marital status, growth environment, using a recently same-sex sexual behavior3months frequency and condoms user do Logistic regression analysis,chi-square test, x2=128.434,p=0.000, statistically significant regression equation.Conclusion:1Men who have sex with men in the capital of Hebei province population (MSM) HIV infection rate is a low prevalence state relative to the national.2Men who have sex with men spread of AIDS/STD is a bridge from high-risk groups to the general population, hi this survey, marital status, growth environment, using a recently same-sex sexual behavior3months frequency and condoms are risk factors of STD infection.The passive side have sex is a risk factor for infection of STD.3The MSM of the capital of Hebei Province, AIDS knowledge rate is higher. There is a serious separation of the MSM’s AIDS knowledge and behavior.4In the MSM need to strengthen network intervention,behavioral intervention,school education, peer education and counseling and testing, comprehensive intervention model. |
