BackgroundUse modern clinical epidemiological investigation method inthis study, through the determination of peripheral blood in theacute phase of cerebral infarction patients IL-8.In order to observethe cerebral infarction with recent infection in patients withdifferent TCM syndrome types in the serum level of IL-8.ObjectiveTest gauge (1)The IL-8infection started in the near future andits possible mechanism of cerebral infarction in the process oftissue injury;(2) The acute cerebral infarction with recent infectionthe relationship between different TCM syndrome types and IL-8;(3)To explore the biology of ischemic stroke phlegm syndrome,reveals the nature and material basis.For future stroke provides anobjective basis for classification and treatment for standardizationof traditional Chinese medicine to provide new ideas.MethodsAll140cases of blood samples collected from The patientfrom November2011to June2012in Chinese medicine hospital inHubei province, Clinicians questionnaire survey for recent infection and client can be divided into research group and thecontrol group;Team that is92cases patients with recent infectionof acute cerebral infarction(48male,44female),The average agewas64.31±10.75years old. control group is in no recent infectionof48patients with acute cerebral infarction(Male21, female27),The average age was63.97±8.85years old. All subjects take onan empty stomach elbow venous blood4ml (with heparinanticoagulation) after admission or the next morning. Centrifugalseparating the upper serum in-800c fridge cryopreservation afterrepackaging. Using the ELISA method determination of all140cases of acute stage of ischemic stroke patient’s peripheral bloodserum IL-8levels.IL-8(h) quantitative kit provided by WuhanBooster reagent-company. Detection was completed in Hubeiuniversity of Chinese medicine acupuncture experimental researchinstitute according to reagent instruction. All data to X±S saidthat, Count data compared by chi-square test, Measurement dataof compared by t test and variance analysis.Results①The group’s IL-8content in peripheral blood with recentinfection of acute cerebral infarction was obviously higher than that of non infection group (P<0.01).②Both in the group of acute cerebral infarction with recent infection and infection,IL-8levels of phlegm syndrome group was higher than other type roup.(P<0.05or P<0.01), and sputum and stasis syndromewas no significant statistical difference between the two groups; Furthermore, Qi deficiency syndrome group is lower thanother type group(P<0.01).③IL-8levels of Acute cerebral infarction with recent infection group of phlegm syndrome and non -phlegm were both higher than in peripheral blood of patients infection(P<0.05or P<0.01).IL-8content in peripheral bloodof phlegm syndrome patients was significantly higher than thenon-phlegm syndrome group(P<0.01) And in patients with phlegm syndrome score was significantly related with IL-8content in peripheral blood (P <0.05), and scores of blood stasis syndrome and IL-8contentthrough the Pearson correlationcheck no obvious correlationbetween.④Acute cerebral infarction of Qi deficiency patients with recent infection group was obviously lower than non-Qi deficiency(P<0.01).ConclusionsThe results show that:①IL-8content of the acute phase ofcerebral infarction people with recent infection was significantlyhigher than in peripheral blood infection.IL-8played a key role inthe pathological process of cerebral infarction in the infectionstarted and aggravating, and probably as an indicator fordetermining degree of infection in patients with acute cerebralinfarction.②ACI with recent infection group of phlegm syndromeand blood stasis syndrome in patients with peripheral bloodcontent of IL-8is significantly higher than other syndromes, theinfection induced by IL-8in the high expression of sputum stasissyndrome, exogenous inside the most easy cause to phlegm andblood stasis。③ACI with recent infection group of phlegmsyndrome in patients with peripheral blood content of IL-8wassignificantly higher than patients with phlegm syndrome and werehigher than in the infection group, phlegm syndrome score significantly related with IL-8content, specification in mediated IL-8produce sputum inflammatory response in the process of thedominant pathological factors, then IL-8can be distinguish acutecerebral infarction (with or without infection) one of sputum andthe card reference indicators.
