Background:Cerebral infarction has the characteristics of high morbidity, high disability rate and high fatality rate in our country, which seriously affects the quality of life and physical and mental health of patients, and causes a serious burden on society and families. Therefore, effective treatment of cerebral infarction is a constant goal of modern medicine.Time window limitations, adverse reactions and cost problems of western medicine treatment methods all lead to the limitations of its treatment,so it is necessary to seek better and more effective treatment methods.Chinese traditional medicine modernization ceaselessly, all sorts of TCM therapy has been widely used in clinical, and confirmed in the treatment of the acute phase of cerebral infarction has a definite curative effect, and has a large number of studies have shown that the integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy for cerebral infarction curative effect is superior to pure western medicine treatment, integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy will become our country a kind of inevitable trend for the treatment of cerebral infarction. Objective:By comparing the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine injection combined with different traditional Chinese medicine therapies in treating acute cerebral infarction with blood stasis and obstruction of collaterals syndrome,a better integrated treatment scheme of traditional Chinese and western medicine was found, which can be promoted and applied in clinical treatment or provide a basis for clinical research. Methods:Area by the method of retrospective study from hunan changsha and zhuzhou area part of the hospital medical record database retrieval in January 1,2018 to December 31,2018,during the diagnosis for the acute phase of cerebral infarction cases of syndrome of blood stasis resistance network card, this study included a total of 480 cases, according to the hospitalization of patients with different treatments are divided into students' combined traditional Chinese medicine injection(western medicine)and group b(western medicine combined traditional Chinese medicine injection and acupuncture),c group(western medicine combined traditional Chinese medicine injection and Chinese medicine medicinal broth),butyl group(traditional Chinese medicine combined traditional Chinese medicine injection and Chinese medicine external treatment group),General information of the case,TCM syndrome score before and after treatment,NIHSS score,ADL score and adverse reactions were recorded.According to the evaluation criteria of efficacy, the clinical recovery was divided into four grades: basic recovery, significant progress, progress and invalidity, and the number of cases and total effective rate of each grade in each group were recorded.Statistical analysis was conducted on the data of the four groups and the changes of each score and the therapeutic effect were compared.Results:1.The changes of the scores in the four groups before and after treatment: the TCM syndrome score,NIHSS score and ADL score in the four groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment; There was no significant difference between group b and group d in the improvement of TCM syndrome score and ADL score(P > 0.05),but both of them were better than group a and group c(P < 0.05).The improvement of TCM syndrome score and living ability after the combination of TCM decoction or oral preparation was similar to group a(P > 0.05).The improvement of neurological function defect symptoms after combined with other traditional Chinese medicine treatments was more significant than that in group a(P < 0.05),and the improvement of NIHSS score in the combined acupuncture group was the most significant, followed by the combined external treatment group of traditional Chinese medicine.2.Total efficacy evaluation: the total effective rates of the four groups were respectively 85.83%,96.67%,91.67% and 95.83%,all of which had obvious efficacy. After the rank-sum test, the four groups showed statistically significant efficacy(P < 0.05).The therapeutic effect of TCM injection combined with different TCM treatments was better than that of western medicine combined with TCM injection.Among them, western medicine combined with Chinese medicine injection and acupuncture group had the best therapeutic effect, followed by western medicine combined with Chinese medicine injection and Chinese medicine external treatment group.3.Adverse reactions: during the treatment,a total of 3 mild adverse events occurred, but none of them affected the subsequent treatment. Conclusion:Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine injection combined with different Chinese medicine therapy in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients with acute phase blood stasis obstruction of collaterals syndrome is effective, with safety, and can significantly improve the neurological function of patients with symptoms,TCM syndrome score, effectively improve the ability of daily life of patients, especially the combination of injection and acupuncture treatment is the most obvious.
