Research On Public Service Evaluation System Of Maternal And Child Health Institutions Based On Information Construction

with the deepening of health care system reform in our country and rapid development of information and network technology, it has been an inevitable trend to apply information technology to daily management in the hospital.However, at present, the important content that the hospital superintendents and the health care service research institutes need to understand urgently is whether the construction of information technology system promotes the development of the hospital and inprove the quality of hospital public services actively. Based on the progressive construction of hospital clinical information system in maternal and child care institution, this article, from four aspects including infrastructure development, service capability, quality of work and user evaluation, establishes the evaluation model for child care institution public services and departments public services by combining the relevant data,using the principle of expert investigation, analytic hierarchy process, rank sum ratio,TOPSIS and so on, and selecting qualitative and quantitative indexs,this article also makes empirical study in maternal and child care institution from three aspects including hospital services, outpatient department services and inpatient department services, comprehensively analyses the impact degree on the level of hospital integrated services and clinical departments public services before and after the construction of clinical information system, and explores the effective ways to improve the quality of child care institution public services. The results of empirical research show that the evaluation model has certain feasibility.With the deepening of clinical information system construction in maternal and child care institution, the increasing investment proportion of the software and hardware leads to promotion of economic benefits, work efficiency and service satisfaction. The income of all departments is in direct proportion to the degree of information system construction.Conclusions:by building the hospital service evaluation system, we can evaluate the level of hospital public service objectively and systematically, strengthen the construction of all departments, evade the risk of information system construction effectively, detect the problems promptly, and improve the ability of decision-making and management.The system can also fill the gaps of research in comprehensive hospital service evaluation based on the hospital clinical information system construction, and it also has certain reference value and application.
