The Study On The Historical Facts During Emperor Ch’eng-tsung Of Yuan Dynasty

The thirteen years’ period ruled by Emperor Ch’eng-tsung of Yuan Dynasty is thebeginning of Mid-Yuan history,and also an important period of Yuan Dynasty. Thethesis will probe in the history facts of Emperor Ch’eng-tsung Dynasty from threeimpacts: the executive of Hsing Chung-shu Sheng and affairs of the State,the settingof Chung-zheng Yuan, ruling of Jiangnan area in Emperor Ch’eng-tsung’s period.Onthe basis of these studying,we strive to present a clearer and deeper sight ofEmperor Ch’eng-tsung Dynasty history.The Hsing Chung-shu Sheng has a great power,and the left and right councilorsas the executive of powerful center have huge ability to control the political situation.The thesis will observe the State affairs problems of Emperor Ch’eng-tsung Dynastyby studying the life and political achievement of three councilors.Mongghol rulers always formulate government offices according to Monggholnobelmen’s interests. The setting of Chung-zheng Yuan due to the above reasons andhas its origin and diversification.This chapter probes into some questions from theformulating reasons and structures of the setting of Chung-zheng Yuan.Since Khubilai Khan beated the Southern Song Dynasty and united the the wholecountry in Zhi Yuan period, the Yuan government has set up three Hsing Chung-shuSheng of Jiangzhe and Jiangxi and Huguang in Jiangnan area one after another,and setup others institutions to bring Jiangnan area in the core region of Yuan Dynasty.Theruling of Jiangnan area in the period of Emperor Ch’eng-tsung presents some newfeatures compared to the Khubilai Khan’s period.
