"Activeness" Research On Ancient Villages In The Mountainous Area Of Hebei Province

There are a lot of Ancient villages in mountainous area in Hebei province, with long history and splendid culture. These historical building and excellent historical cultural heritage are non-renewable precious resource in Hebei province. But at present, due to disrepair and neglect, many cultural relics protection units and historical building has serious aging damage; Constructive destruction phenomenon is relatively outstanding; Random removal of historical building acts occurred regularly; The demand of Improvement of the living environment is increasing. A lot of people remove the old stand new or relocated to the new home, which cause "hollow village" the phenomenon more and more serious,as well as the original ancient village activity is lost. It is wrong to submerge the ancient villages trace in Hebei.In this paper, author firstly summarizes the experience at home and abroad, and then analyses the present development of our country ancient village according to the new rural construction the general requirements, with putting forward the idea of the ancient village "activity" .The ancient village "activity" is using of existing resources, development characteristic industry, accelerating economic development and improving people’s life in the ancient village preservation foundation.In view of the cultural factors, economic factors and other characteristics of the ancient villages in Hebei mountainous area, this paper summed up in a under the guidance of "people-oriented, protection and development of the combination" . people-oriented is fundament of the ancient village activity . To the protection as the premise, the development of new industries; adhere to the protection of historical truth and continuity of life and the three implementation of active principles of ancient village. This paper put forward the "activity" measure and method of the ancient village in Hebei mountainous area.Firstly, protect the overall style ion of the ancient villages. Keep the block characteristics and ancient architecture of the original, the protection of historic elements such as well, old trees, protection of non material cultural heritage.Secondly, based on the protection of ancient villages, analyses the two kinds of development patterns in modes of advantages and disadvantages. Thirdly, with summing up the two development mode based on experience, this paper put forward the development and utilization measures and methods to the villages to establish and improve the government management system; to formulate the perfect laws and regulations; to a variety of manner change of ownership housing, to realize the development and utilization of ancient architecture; to actively develop new functions of ancient building ancient village, promote sustainable development; to expand characteristic economy energetically, economic development to promote the protection of ancient villages; to dig deep cultural connotation, retain the breath of life; to improve residents’ own quality; attention to the interests of villagers, mobilize the enthusiasm of villagers.Taking Hebei province Jingxing county Daliangjiang village as an example, this paper on Daliangjiang village featured block, architectural features, historical environment, intangible cultural heritage, protection, developed land use layout, road development, tourism development, safety, economic development and many other aspects of the planning, to improve residents quality of life, the continuation of the original style Daliangjiang village.
