Interpeting On Calling Significance Of Heidegger In Philosophy Of Language

As a common used and inevitable role in daily life, language has its own history. The research and discussion on linguistic theories have been on ever since ancient Greek period. In the late19th century and early20th century, there has been an ideological trend called "the linguistic turn" that made a great evolution on philosophy focusing which from epistemology to philosophy of language. Besides, this evolution made a turning on philosophical issue. Since then, philosophy research focused on language itself such as the nature of language, semantic meaning etc. in order to make clearer comprehending on language itself and make more accuracy usage of language via analyzing clarifying key concepts. Accordingly, research on philosophy of language has become more and more systematical and multi-polarized.Martin Heidegger considered as the most outstanding philosopher in20th century in Germany has made great influence and donation. His theories on philosophy of language occupy great position in his research field.The Prophase philosophical research of Heidegger was centrally concerned with "Being and Time". Conversely, there were less focused discussion and exploration on philosophy of language. During his late time, he raised argument said "Language is home of Being". For that he began to turn his focus on discussion of the internal relationship in linguistic category and also with exploring language and Being. Then he published book named On the road to language, Introduction to Metaphysics, Poetry language thought etc. In these books, he made interpretation for language, Sagen, Being and other concepts minutely. All of these have become the main academic materials for descent researching.In Heidegger’s language theories, he raised much greater points and arguments as "Language is home of Being","Poetically, man, dwells on this earth","Language speaks" etc. Calling as a common concept appeared in his thesis and article was less focusing than other great points above. There were less specific thesis or books pay much more attention on this normal but important concept. Based on the researching results of founding fathers, this thesis would make focus on calling concept to get more and more meanings and contents in order to get an approach to Heidegger’s "Sagen" closely. A falling leave can tell Autumn’s arrival. The thesis would only be an attempt to make exploration.The thesis combined with three chapters to make discussion and exploration on "calling"Chapter one focused on "calling" itself with clarifying its connotation and extension to make basic work for follow discussion and interpretation. This chapter divided into four facts to make some ordinary exploration.Chapter two would make specific discussion on "calling" in the field of language philosophy. It would do some interpretation around "calling" based on clarifying developing path of Heidegger’s language theories.Chapter three aimed at exploring the poetic characteristics of "calling" and the relationship between "calling" and "poetic speaking" and trying to make closely detecting on "calling" in the field of language philosophy.Although the thesis cannot pick up all kinds of usage of "calling", it can still make approach to Heidegger’s philosophy of language through unique, classic and special usage of "calling" in order to make stable basic work for further thinking and comprehending in future.
