"There are methods in teaching and the methods are different", which indicates the complexity and flexibility of education. Therefore, teaching should be under the guidance of principles and the teachers should teach their students in accordance with their aptitudeThe thesis is divided into three parts:the first part is about the comparison of the musicology and pedagogy. From the perspective of holograghic theory, combined with theory of philosophy, structural linguistics, psychology and musical reproduction, the paper analyzed the holography of musicology and pedagogy and tried to find the similarity between them so as to reveal that how the new theory formed. The paper also provide a new principle and method which many music teacher can apply it into the daily music teaching.For the second part, it talked about how the new theory is constructed. Though it is difficult to construct a new theory, the paper is based on Kant’s "sensibility, the perceptual and the rational knowledge", with the reference of linguistic knowledge and the music morphology,belief and behavior, finally formed a new theory called "music holography" which is divided into music grammar information, music semantic information and music pragmatic information. This theory not only requires the practical teaching content, but also the psychological and logical development. This part is the main part of the whole thesis.The third part involves the comprehension and implication of the music holographic teaching principle. At present, our music education is roughly divided into professional music education, ordinary music education and college music education and social education. Among which, college music education is the base, the effect of college music education is directly related to the next generation’s music education. There still exist a lot of wrong beliefs that music teachers should pay much attention to professional technique while neglecting theoretical course; popular songs are not allowed in class; accompaniment should depend on the original music score and impromptu has no value, etc. Higher music education should not only be divided into profession and non-profession. On one hand, the higher educated music teachers should equip themselves with professional level of performance; on the other hand, they should lay a solid theoretical foundation and have the ability of artistic accomplishment; only in this way, can we foster the interest of ordinary audiences and meet the requirements of the country.Music education should play a key role in our life, in this way, can we acquire the value and position of the higher music education and totally transform the position and target differences between professional music education and college music education. We should shift the centre from the ability of music performance to the ability of high standard music artistic accomplishment.
