The Research Of The Investment And Financing Efficiency Of The Cultural Industry Of Anhui Province

In the background of the acceleration of the cultural industry in Anhui province, the investment and financing of the cultural industry brought strong power for the development of the cultural industry in Anhui, what policy did the cultural enterprises in financing enjoy? How many help did the financial industry support the investment and financing for the cultural industry? How did the cultural industry of the investment and financing operate? How did the cultural industry of the investment and financing operate efficiently? All of these are the key problems to analyses and research.This paper first uses the experience of the cultural industry research from the scholars of the domestic and foreign, according to the relevant theories of the cultural industry investment, from the five aspects of government support, financial support, the investment funds of the cultural industry, capital market, society and private investment summarizes the investment and financing of the cultural industry in Anhui province comprehensively, and found three problems of the investment and financing of the cultural industry in Anhui province. Then it uses DEA and analyses the efficiency of the investment and financing of the cultural industry in Anhui province, separately from three aspects:the technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency in2008-2010ranked for the efficiency of the investment and financing of the cultural industry of27provinces, through cross-sectional and longitudinal comparison, focuses on the analysis of the investment and financing efficiency of the cultural industry in Anhui province, and adjusts the investment and financing efficiency of the input and output structure for the cultural industry in Anhui province in2010.At last, this paper puts forward advices of the investment and financing efficiency of the cultural industry in Anhui from four aspects:the government fiscal policy, investment and financing channel, capital market, the scientific and technological content of the investment object.From the empirical results it finds that the investment and financing efficiency level of the cultural industry in Anhui rises in the whole and has down slightly fluctuations, but comparing with the best efficiency level there is a disparity and it needs to enhance the investment and financing efficiency of the cultural industry in Anhui, at the same time to intensity the implementation project of the cultural industry. From2008to2010in Anhui province the investment and financing efficiency of the cultural industry has been fluctuated, and the scale efficiency level is higher and closer to the effective value1,it means the pure technical efficiency level is not stable, this is major factor of the effect of the investment and financing efficiency level of the cultural industry, and it needs to improve the investment and financing efficiency in technology.
