A Comparative Study On The Investment And Financing Of Cultural Industry In China And The United State

The cultural industry is a knowledge and capital intensive industry.On the one hand,the cultural industry advocates content as the king,which is accompanied by the synchronous development of human activities and has a strong ideological nature;on the other hand,sufficient capital flow is the foundation of the development of the cultural industry and has an attribute of economy.From the perspective of economy,the typical features of heavy capital and high risk make investment and financing the core issue of cultural industry development.However,due to the imperfection of China's capital market,the financial support for cultural industry is far from enough.Most of China's cultural enterprises are small and medium-sized enterprises,lacking tangible collateral,which makes it difficult to finance from the capital market.In addition,due to the limitation of the level of scientific and technological innovation,the effective integration of science and technology,finance and culture has not been achieved,the investment and financing channels are not smooth,and the efficiency of investment and financing has also been affected.Around the world,America is the most developed countries in culture industry.The culture of the United States has infiltrated all over the world,during the past hundred years,America has formed a set of relatively perfect investment and financing system.In China,although we have a rapid development in recent years,compared with developed country,it's still groping forward,experience of foreign countries has a reference significance to our country.In this paper,in-depth analysis is made about the investment and financing systems of cultural industries in China and the United States.The paper makes a comparative study in four aspects:current situation,policy,operation mode and efficiency,bases on the characteristics of cultural industry in our country and actively learns from American experiences,puts out the problems and countermeasures of investment and financing system in China's cultural industry.The paper contains seven chapters:...
