The Sino-Japanese symbolism poetry as the pioneer school poetry in this two countries, regardless of the form of skill or ideological content, both are new try for the two poets. From birth to decline, their fate is like epiphyllum, but the brief existence has demonstrated the unique value of the poetry of symbolism and endless vitality.This paper adopts the method of comparative literature research, and has carried on a more comprehensive study on the Sino-Japanese symbolism poetry. As a result of symbolism poetry origin in the west, so this paper stands in the angle of cultural comparison between east and west at first, in order to find the same point on the Sino-Japanese symbolism poetry. Then consider the symbolism in Sino-Japanese poem field localization degree, thus can look at the same point in different points.The first chapter outlines the Sino-Japanese symbolism poetry form as well as the forefront of skills and exotic sentiment. The Sino-Japanese symbolism poetry are born with their unique historical and cultural background, but it is not difficult to find similar opportunities. For the forefront of skills and exotic sentiment, although both from the western symbolism, the two poets in this two countries also have their own different understanding and expression.The second chapter discusses on the romance which contains in symbolist poetry. First quotes the western symbolism formation and the relationship with romance, when the Sino-Japanese symbolism poetry in the introduction of the western symbolism literary trend, it will reveal traces of romantic factors. The western symbolism on Sino-Japanese symbolism poetry had decisive influence, but the literary situations are the key factors that not allowed to ignore, so the nest we starting from the background of the birth of the Sino-Japanese symbolism poetry, to explain why the Sino-Japanese symbolism poetry will bring bright romanticism. The third chapter explains the classical feelings in the Sino-Japanese symbolism poetry. The Sino-Japanese symbolism poetry in this two countries born under the impact of the western culture, it appears to be completely against the traditional poetry only looked from the form, but the poetry is hiding tremendous classical culture deeply. This chapter is divided into three sections, respectively concerning the creation、aesthetic and ideological theme of the Sino-Japanese symbolism poetry, parallel comparison of the research methods in this chapter to be fully used.
