This study Individual’s cognition and emotion are unconsciously influenced by the restorative environment, this environment can clear the "noise" in the mind, restore attention and improve self-reflection ability. This study focused on the high school students, using urban environment, urban night environment, sports-entertainment environment and nature environment, adopted experiment to examine the restorative functions of four environment; Meanwhile, this study asked students using the Place Attachment Questionnaire to choose their most attached place evaluate the attachment level, in order to analyze the attachment feature in the four settings of the high school students. And then synthetically analyzed the restorative environment and place attachment. The results showed that the effect order of four environment from high to low were:urban night, nature, sports-entertainment environment and urban; the core character of nature were being away, fascination and extent. The four characters of urban were all significantly lower than other three environment. The subjects who most attached nature scored higher in nature than urban on the restorative questionnaire, while the ones who attached urban most did not show the difference on this two environment. The conclusion was that:nature environment not only facilitated the attention resource restoration and balance, but also provided the important chance for self-reflection. It is necessary to explore and take advantage of the restorative function of nature, for the sake of improving people’s biological and mental health. While the urban environment to the ones who attached it, has no difference in the restorative function with nature.
