The rumination thinking is experienced a negative factor for which personal for their own negativeemotions state and the emotional state of the possible causes and consequences of repeatedly and passivethinking, that is the way of individual deal with negative temper. Studies have found that to a personrepeating ruminants of the negative state may actually keep such a symptoms of depression which willdestroy the ability to solve problems, and cause a series of negative consequences. This study in improvingon rumination thinking abroad, further exploring the rumination thinking from the perspective ofdepression, anxiety, and emotional intelligence,on the research of the thinking has been mining, point ofview of emotional intelligence discussed ruminant thinking, emphasize on the mediator effect of emotionalintelligence between rumination thinking and depression and anxiety. The research mainly adopts the formof questionnaire survey, there are677school of the college students as participants come from severaluniversities in henan province. The study adopt the factor analysis, relevant analysis and multipleregression analysis, a variety of statistical techniques, get the following conclusion:1. There exist certain degree of rumination thinking phenomenon of College students. Collegestudents’ rumination thinking does not exist urban and rural differences for college students’ ruminationthinking, there is significant gender differences in the dimensions of the symptoms of rumination andforced thinking;2. Depression, anxiety of college students do not exist gender, urban and rural differences;3. College students’ emotional intelligence do not exist gender, urban and rural differences;4. College students’ rumination thinking and emotional intelligence present the significant negativecorrelation, college students rumination thinking and depression, anxiety present the significant positivecorrelation, college students’ emotional intelligence and depression, anxiety present negatively correlated;5. College students’ emotional intelligence in rumination play the role of mediator effect between therumination thinking and depression, anxiety.
