Researching On Hu Linyi’s Talent Thoughts

As a result, the Hubei province becomes the most reliable rear base of "Xiang Jun"(Hunan local army), the importance of which even exceed the Xiang Jun’s place of origin—unan Province. In order to evaluate the important effect of his talent thoughts on Xiang Jun’s developing and growing, Hubei Province’s economic recovering and social stability, late Qing Dynasty’s political situation changing.
