The article first introduced from women and feminism in art design history in lack and Misreading of the situation, combined with the design of city public problems, the analysis of female art is applied to the space of the possibility and necessity of purpose; and then through the feminist art history and forms of inquiry, led to the modern city construction public art design culture in lack of thinking, examples of feminism as culture implied in the city in history and in modern cities into a visual symbol application of public art, it puts forward the idea of female art and cultural effect except to meet the public aesthetic needs, should be charged with carrying the city space in positive traditional ethics the spirit of the revival of the functional perspective.
