This book was the memoirs of Mr. Jin Xiang, recorded a growth process of the composer, life experiences, values on life and the whole world, and music aesthetic thought. The book could provide people a deep understanding of Mr. Jin Xiang, and first information on in-depth research and analysis about his works. It had a very important guiding significance.This article aims to study about "art songs set" of Mr. Jin Xiang, including ten new poems songs and three ancient poem songs. Through study on composing techniques, such as:characteristics of melody, harmony, tone, piano texture, the author attempts to reach aesthetic composing thoughts of Mr. Jin Xiang, and applies to own music composing.
