Internet Addiction Disorder (Internet addiction disorder, referred to as IAD) hasnow become a hot spot of psychology and medical research. In this study,questionnaire survey and case intervention addiction research network of universitystudents, to1699university students from Shanghai, Anhui, Zhejiang and Jiangxi.Research is divided into three parts: the first amendment of Internet AddictionDisorder Diagnostic Scale "to determine whether this scale can be used as InternetAddiction Disorder Diagnostic Scale; the status of Internet Addiction Disorder tounderstand that students network addiction; psychological intervention on the networkaddicts, try a number of psychological interventions for Internet addiction in theindividual intervention, on the one hand, the Internet Addiction healthy to use thenetwork, on the other hand to explore the new network addiction interventionmethods and means.This study concluded that:1) Analyze the quality of Internet Addiction Disorder Diagnostic Scale, the resultsindicate that popular in the scale, the distinction between the degree of reliability andvalidity of the scale are good. That is,the scale of reliable quality, better stability andaccuracy, can be used as the scale of the survey of Internet Addiction Disorder.2) Rate of6.1percent of college students internet addiction disorder, which accountedfor5.2%of mild addiction to moderate addiction accounted for0.7%, severe Internetaddiction accounted for0.2%.3)Network scores of male and female students there are very significant differences,boys’ significantly score higher than girls’, boys’ score was significantly higher thangirls’; dimensions of the withdrawal, timeliness, sociability, and the dangers in the planned girls’ score significantly higher than boys’. Scores of male and female collegestudents no significant differences in tolerance and control dimensions.4) Students of different grades of Internet Addiction Disorder total score anddimension score exists a very significant difference, the highest scores of junior,senior second, followed by sophomore and freshman students.5) Different majors Internet addiction score differences, liberal arts students weresignificantly higher than the science students. Temporality dimension, liberal artsstudents is significantly higher than the science students; liberal arts students wassignificantly higher than the science students in the dimensions of tolerance,sociability, and dangers of science and engineering students; withdrawal resistance,planning and control dimension liberal arts and science students do not havesignificant differences.6) College students in different parts of the Internet Addiction Disorder total score anddimension score difference is very significant. Internet Addiction Disorder total scoreand scores on the Zhejiang area students score the highest, followed by Shanghai,Anhui and Jiangxi in the results view, there is no absolute than low. This indicates thatin these regions, the Zhejiang area college students in the more obvious characteristicsof Internet Addiction.7) Intervention on Case A and case B, and gradually get rid of the network rely on asense of attention to their interests; mild internet addiction turn to the normal networkusers, Integrated use of cognitive behavioral therapy, except to strengthen the law,family therapy and emotional transfer method in addiction intervention is effective;gradually changing online behavior, reduce the time spent online, and develop goodonline habits and increase learning behavior.
