Doctor Image Research In Contemporary Chinese Film And TV Works

Since the foundation of new China, the reform of political, economic and cultural has been experienced in china society. The original system has been upset. And social concept change greatly. The reform of medical system is also one part of the reform, and every step of medical system reform has been related to people’s benefits. So the medical system reform is highly concerned by people, and become one of the society focuses.Everything has its two sides. The medical system reform has achieved good efforts. But at the same time there are also many problems, such as the relationship worsening between doctor and patient, and the doctor status has been undermined in movies and televisions. Nowadays, health has been paid more and more attention, and the doctor keep a close contact with people’s health. The doctor characters in movies and televisions are affected by many aspects, such as the influence of government and patient and so on. So the research of doctor media character is beneficial to the development of modern society and media research in China. It has great influence to audience of doctor characters in movies and televisions. However, few studies work was available and further research is needed in the area of doctor character in movies and televisions.In such realistic background, based on doctor character in Chinese modern movies and televisions as research object, this paper mainly studies doctor media character with the method of works analysis, integrity of history and logic and hermeneutics. The aim and significance of the study is put forward in the first part of this paper, domestic study condition is introduced of doctor media character, and research method is introduced such as works analysis, integrity of history and logic, hermeneutics and so on. The paper is divided into four chapters. With typical doctor image in the film and televisions as examples, this paper choose unselfish doctor such as Li Shizhen and Bethune, folk doctor such as Xi Laile, barefoot doctor such as Hong’yu and Chun’miao, medical to countryside type doctor such as Wu Deng’yun, puzzles by realistic contradiction type doctor such as every doctor in white-collar logs and negative typicality doctor to discuss the doctor character in movies and televisions, analysis development situation of doctor character in the human history, discuss the evolution reason of doctor character and put forward suggestion to save doctor character. Through analysis the present situation of doctor existence and work, this paper put forward the method to solve worsening relationship between doctor and patient and save doctor character.China social development up to now, every social class is closely associated with others. It is required for movies and televisions to describe doctor character objectively, truly and completely, improve communication and understanding between doctor and patient, coordinate benefit of every aspect in society, avoid collision, relief dispute and make contribution to constructing harmonious society.Through study of doctor character in movies and televisions, This paper put forward newly relief method for modern relationship between doctor and patient, and help medical student to establish idea of unselfish and heal the wounded as a doctor, carry forward the noble medical ethics, maintain the holy of doctor occupation, establish a good doctor image of new period. And through study of doctor media image of china and foreign movies TV, this paper enrich study work of characters class media image, and put forward documents to discuss relationship between doctor and patient.
