Learning a foreign language, we must first learn the language of the basic speech. Only learn the fundamental pronunciation, they could learn the words, tense, grammar and so on gradually. Therefore, it can be said that all vcrplay is the basis of language. Meanwhile, vcrplay were to learn a foreign language study. The study of Prosody is specially aims at the learning of vcrplay.In the historical records Chinese was introduced into japan, once the Japanese use Chinese as their language. It is because the japanese and Chinese, japanese kana characters and Chinese characters with such profound relationship, so it could provide a solid foundation for the phonology research of the two countries. The scholars at all times and in all over the world have written lots of essay with this problem. In addition, there are a lot about Chinese phonology special dictionary. Space lacks for a detailed description of it,so it could not be china and japan phonology in contrast to study completely. I choose none but the Chinese characters set for commen use initials j x q as research object and discuss the relationship between Chinese phonology and Japanese goon kannon.Phonology is a part of historical linguistics, aims at ancient Chinese. It is a branch of truthful and precise divisions of language, therefore, each hypothesis needs to be supported by sufficient evidences, as shown from Marxist philosophy, everything in the world can not be separated contacts. Japan was a friendly neighbor of China thousands years ago whose character has the inseparable relationships with ancient Chinese language. Initial characters J, Q and X in Chinese Pinyin are selected to be the objects of research in this paper. The transitions of the pronunciations for "J, Q, X" of Chinese Pinyin, Chinese Wu sound and Japanese are found out by researching the relations among them and analyzing the correlated language materials. By analyzing the changes, it is detailed explained from historical linguistics. Besides those, it is required to arrange to rhyme characters with Wu and Han sounds for each period. The research above can not only help us clarifying the transitions of the Chinese characters which have initial characters J, Q and X, but also providing the basic audio and sound materials for the other languages’ studies. It is quite important for enriching the sound history of both Chinese and Japanese. The history of Chinese phonology is more complicated compared with Japanese phonology. The communication between China and Japan is frequently during Sui and Tang Dynasties which results in the similar pronunciations between Chinese and Japanese, and there are a lot in common of those two countries. The relationship between particular Chinese and Japanese pronunciations can be researched only when the similarities have been commonly understood. J, Q and X in Chinese Pinyin are transferred from the corresponding three sets initials in the Middle Ages those are dental, gutturophony and dental sound. During this period, the pronunciation of Japanese kana also developed in accordance with certain rules. Among them, Japanese Goon and Japanese Kanon are considered as the two traditional pronunciations of Japanese kana. The characteristics of ancient Chinese phonology changes have been reflected clearly by both of them.This paper focuses on studying the relationship among Chinese Pinyin, Japanese Goon, and Japanese Kanon on initial characters J, Q and X since the third chapter. Chapter three contains subsections on the relationships among the three pronunciations mentioned above. Chinese Pinyin is served as the main line, compared with Japanese Goon and Japanese Kanon individually and detailed the rules.Dengyun is a commonly used phonology of Chinese phonologies,produced by rhyming dictionary in ancient China. Phonology scientists utilized early phonology books understanding the voice system from the early Qieyun. After that, they ultized the ending rhyming books inferring the dialects of the writers then studying the changes of the vcrplay since Song Dynasty. Chinese produced a form chart concerning phonology modeling Tang sound after they learnt Siddham for a long time, it is dengyun."yunjing" is the oldest rhyming chart, transmitted to Japan in Song Dynasty and returned back to China in the end of Qing Dynasty. Dengyun has the tightly relation with Japanese phonology. Author has found three laws of them, according to the research on Chinese characters with the initial characters J, Q and X. These laws only applies the Chinese characters with the initials J, Q and X, whether the rest Chinese characters are not within the scope of this article since the limited space.
