Ewenki is a Chinese nation whose population is among the least, while it occupies a long history and national culture. With the accelerating pace of modernization, Ewenki tribal living in the depths of Daxinganling faces the culture changing dilemma. Wureertu and Chi Zijian care about the the existing state of living an its development with the deep sense of humanism and responsibility. Wureertu, as a spokesman for the national culture, seek an ideal way to retain the national culture in the conflict between tradition culture and modern cultures. Chi Zijian, for the first time using first person narration to convey inner nation feelings as a Han writer, broke the limitations of the tradition, created a new era that Han writers write the ethnic minority.In this paper, the author regards the works written by Chi Zijian and Wureertu as the research object, compares the similarities and differences between them from the themes, characters, narrative dimension. At the same time, the new pattern of the Han and minority literature symbiotic diversity interaction and unity are opened up, Under the concept of the great perspective literary.Introduction section briefly introduces the Ewenki nation, and explain the reason and significance of this writing. Meanwhile, the possibility of the comparison between the two writers is analysed, along with the problem this thesis may be solved.The first chapter is the similar theme in Wureertu’s and Chi Zijian’s novels. It demonstrates the persistent pursuit of a harmonious ecological view, highly praises the survival philosophy of Ewenki. Meanwhile, the rationality of modern reflection, and writers’judgments of contemporary urban culture are analysed.The second chapter transits from the similarity to the difference, discusses similarities and differences in Wureertu’s and Chi Zijian’s writing on Ewenki Characterization. This chapter chooses typical images as the research object, analysis the relationship between the fate of the characters and the national destiny, focuses on the unique national spirit hidden behind the characters, discusses the two writers’ literary concepts and aesthetic pursuit.The third chapter compares the dimensions of narrative analysis. Chi Zijian and Wureertu are good at using national discourse, the rhetoric of national characteristics during the writing process, paying attention to the dominant position of the narrator. But they are different from the three aspects, such as narrative perspective, gender awareness and image metaphor. And this thesis focuses on the differences between the two writers.Conclusion, summarize the significance of Wureertu’s and Chi Zijian Ewenki’s writing from ecology, ethnology and literature, and looks forward to the foreground of Ethnic Minority Writing under the background of the great literature in the future.
