In recent years, the number of foreign students who come to China to study Chinese or other Courses has enormously increased, the number of cultural conflicts in universities and other learning institutions has also become common, and has fostered this research subject with important practical significance in foreign student education research. The research is based on current classroom cultural conflict information, types and range, from a multicultural standpoint, through analyzing and studying different classroom cultural conflict phenomena in Guangxi University’s Southeast Asia’s foreign students, raising as a foreign students classroom education indictor, discussing suitable classroom management model for Southeast students, the author discussed a solution to processes of classroom education conflict policy. It has certain practical significance for successful communication and corporation in classroom education among students from different backgrounds.This article used a survey and theoretical research methods, using the students at Guangxi University as subjects, used multicultural conflict range theory as reference, divided cultural conflict in foreign student from the point of view of multicultural conflict, and divided it into invisible conflict and visible conflict. The author has raised a solution by carrying out analysis of conflict from two areas. From the status of multicultural conflict in Guangxi University foreign student’s classroom education survey, according to the logic of phenomenon, reason, characteristics, solution of cultural conflict, using Bank’s cultural conflict and integration theory and Ricky’s multicultural subject theory as the basis, and has raised policies and suggestions that can ease conflicts among foreign students and lectures respectively.This research has been limited by time and condition, and the subject students are only Southeast Asia students from Guangxi University. Therefore, to determine whether the research results are general, still requires further research and confirmation.
