Art culture has no borders and is the common wealth of all human beings. Learn from other artcultures and fuse with the five thousand years of cultural essence to his own painting in creating to form aunique painting art style. Austrian painter klimt’s and Chinese painter DingShaoGuang’s paintings, havebrought people both familiar and unfamiliar, both familiar and fresh feeling from different countries,different ethnic background. Based on the comparative study and art history study, this essay compares andanalyzes klimt’s and DingShaoGuang’s decoration painting and has obtained some new researchachievements, which provides us with a good reference and basis to understand the differences betweenChinese and western culture and the art fusion between China and the West. Decoration painting andmodern ChongCaiHua is not strange to those modern people who like painting works. In many families andhotels, there are decoration paintings on the wall, especially klimt’s and DingShaoGuang’s decorationpainting, which are famous for their unique adornment style. These paintings are at a high state and havecollected by many collectors and the United Nations. DingShaoGuang’s art has the charm of transcendingtime. His work is "full of" the rhythm of the traditional Chinese iron line-drawing which combines withcolorful western modern color, fusing different ethnic groups and different culture art style. The art theoryviewpoint of "A root three combination" reflects the deep Chinese traditional culture sedimentary, fusingeastern and western art, modern and classical art, abstract and concrete art. Absorption the artistic charm"beauty" of Chinese ethnic culture, his work can represent the Chinese national culture and artcharacteristics of typical painting art, which give people a kind of kind and mysterious aesthetic feeling, apicture full of glory.
