| Law-executors in industry and commerce administration, as an important part of the civil service, shoulder the duties of market supervision and administrative law enforcement. They are law-executors of regulations, defenders of order in the socialist market economy as well as protectors of market subject and consumer rights.The administrative department for industry and commerce since the recovery in1978, along with the development of national economy and society and changes of government system and functional reform, has experienced various changes, such as management system, the function and the financial security. Every change has brought new opportunities and put forward challenges and requirements for law-executors. To deal with these challenges and requirements, firstly we must have good law enforcement psychology. However, currently from our law-executors’ psychological status, law enforcement psychological anomie frequently happens, directly affecting the normal work of industry and commerce administrative management. So it becomes a necessary and urgent issue to maintain law-executors’ psychological health in work, to explore psychological anomie of their own reason, the professional causes and social factors, and to strengthen the correction of law-executors’ poor law enforcement psychology from some aspects, and which is also particularly important for industry and commerce law enforcement in new era.The paper is divided into four chapters. Chapter Ⅰ which based on the general principles of psychology has explained concepts and theories of law enforcement psychology by law-executors in industry and commerce administration. Chapter Ⅱ has summarized and analyzed performance of law-executors’ poor law enforcement psychology. Chapter Ⅲ has analyzed the causes of law-executors’ poor law enforcement psychology from various aspects. Chapter Ⅳ has put forward some measures and recommendations to correct law-executors’ poor law enforcement psychology. |
