| Jekyll and Hyde is one of the most famous Musical masterpiece by Frank Wildhorn,which is also the representative of the new American musical because of its strongly theatricality.This paper proposed the role-made in Jekyll and Hyde by character analysis, subtext, provisions of situation and stage action.There are five chapters in this paper, the first chapter is introduction of musical Jekyll and Hyde, the second chapter is analysis main roles in this play, the third chapter is specific analysis of subtext in Jekyll and Hyde, the fourth chapter is case analysis of provisions of context, the fifth chapter is explanation of stage actions with three elements. |
