Antonin DvoraK was a musician representing Czech folk music traditions in the19th century as well as a major one in the Romantic Era. Of all his11operas, the brilliant work Rusalka, based on an ancient tale, plays a significant role in the world’s opera history as a representative Czech folk opera, featuring strong ethnic flavor.This article mainly discusses The image-shaping of Rusalka in the Opera Rusalka by Antonin Dvorak.
