Lishen’s Officaldom And His Political Poetry

Li Shen was an important statesman and litterateur in the middle of the Tang Destiny. During his nearly forty-year-long working experience as am government employee,he witnessed six emperors of Tang Destiny,that is, Xian Zong, Mu Zong, Jing Zong,Wen Zong, Wu Zong, Xuan Zong. And in his late years,he once worked as Premier Minister and Ambassador and etc which were the key positions at that time. However,everything did not go well with his work.At that time,he was regarded as the "Force of the core" of the "Li Dang" because of some impersonal reasons such as that close relation between Li Yude and he. Therefore, he could not get rid of the influences and shocks which were brought by "The fight between the Parties". In fact, Li Shen is representative of the government officers who had the flexural and complicated working experience in the middle term of the Tang Destiny. In one word,it is significant meaningful to get to know the Political situation,cultures and thoughts of that time by appreciating of Li Shen’s Politics experiences and poems.This article is divided into three parts:Chapter One Introduction.It talks about the background and methods of the research.And the writer also introduces the history of Li Shen’s family,his life before an officer,poems creation and literature creations and so on.Chapter Two Introduction of Li Shen’s Political LifeIn this chapter, the writer divided Li’s Political Life into five aprts and discussed the situations according to different periods based on the history materials.The key point of this chapter is discussion and discrimination of Li Shen’s political characters in the Li Party.Chapter Three Research on the Political Poems of Li ShenThis chapter analysed his political propositions on"Etiquette Civilizition" by figuring out the "Thesis choices""Main contents" and "Art Characteristics" and discussed the source of the thoughts which was based on the citizens,and amalgamation.In addition to this, the writer talked about the different art representations in the political poem of Li Shen.
